Dirk is a partner and responsible for the BDO Forensics & Technology practice. With over 20 years of experience in the field of Forensics. He has significant experience in delivering on topics of regulatory compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, competition law (eDiscovery), cyber incident response and other types of financial and economic crime.

Dirk’s clients have included a broad range of corporate clients and global middle market companies across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining BDO, Dirk worked for several ‘Big 4’ accounting firms for 15 years, providing forensics & technology services to financial services organizations, corporates and SMB’s which included advising and assisting companies on the prevention, detection and response of/to fraud, bribery & corruption and compliance matters. Performing fact-based investigations, data-analytics and eDiscovery services in response to regulatory requests and internal investigations.
